My favorite breakfast meals!

Hello, my friends,

I hope you are having a fantastic day! I wanted to share with you some of my favorite breakfast meals! Sometimes I’m not a breakfast person and I don’t feel like eating anything. Though, when I do eat, I like to make something quick, delicious, and savory!

1. Avocado and Egg Salad Toast!


Who doesn’t love avocado toast?!

I like to either keep it simple with just the avocado on toast. I LOVE bread, but I’m also trying to stay away from it as much as I can. I haven’t gone paleo even though I have an interest in it. My favorite choices for bread are Food For Like Whole Grain, Dave’s Killer Bread (Whole Grains, Sprouted, Honey Wheat), Eureka, or anything I can find on sale at the market.

What goes down on this toast!

For the pictured toast, I used:

  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 Hard Boiled Egg
  • 1 TBS Mayo (You can make your own)
  • Homemade mild red salsa or you can buy a store brand!

I like to make these if I’m really starving because they fill you right up!

2. Fruit Smoothie!


I like to make different types of smoothies and it really depends on my mood of the day! I have found some delicious smoothies at and Pinterest! I’m guilty because I’m always looking at different recipes online for inspirations or to try something new!

My favorite fruits for a smoothie are:

  • Strawberries
  • Pineapple
  • BlackBerries
  • Mango
  • Oranges
  • Raspberries
  • Bananas

I also include some veggies like:

  • Celery
  • Spinach


3. Yogurt Bowls and Acai Bowls!


Yogurt bowls with lots and lots of fruit and granola!!!!!

I try to not eat a lot of dairy simply because sometimes it upsets my stomach. So I don’t always have yogurt in my fridge. When I do I like to buy Siggi’s and Greek Gods yogurt! Siggi has simple ingredients and doesn’t have a lot of sugar in it like many other yogurts. I also tend to put the same ingredients into my acai bowls.

What goes down in that bowl:

  • Granola!!!!!! with almonds or plain.
  • Cacao Nibs (I get mine at Trader Joe’s)
  • Fruit
  • Raisens
  • Organic Raw HONEY!!! (I love the Sprouts brand!)
